Shipping Policy & Return Policy

We here at Anihsat Skincare knows that our customer is our top priority so preparing and shipping your order in a timely fashion is our aim as we strive to satisfy and exceed expectation of all customer.

At checkout we recommend that you provide an address that you are certain of receiving your package without item being lost or stolen.

We’re in the office Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. If you have concerns about an order or questions about a product, you can send us an email any time using this link or you can reach us through the “Contact Us" menu on our website page.

What to expect when you order

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your online order. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided to us at checkout. If some cases, a text confirmation of shipped order will be sent also. 

Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to ship out orders and send your tracking information.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen, unused and in its original packaging it was shipped in.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at anihsatskincare@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without the following protocol will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
